3. Booking and Confirmation
3.1 Booking Process
Users can book a taxi service by calling our customer service hotline.
To make a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information, including pickup location, destination, date, time, and any special requirements.
3.2 Booking Confirmation
It is your responsibility to review and ensure that all booking details are correct.
3.3 Booking Changes
Any changes to the booking details must be communicated to us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
We reserve the right to refuse any changes to the booking that are not made within the stipulated time.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may cancel their bookings without any charge up to 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made less than 45 minutes before pickup may incur a cancellation fee of 20 percent of the estimated fare.
4.2 Cancellation by TaxiGN
We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or driver unavailability.
In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative arrangements or a full refund of any pre-paid amounts.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
Our fares are calculated based on distance, time, and any applicable surcharges or tolls.
Estimated fares provided at the time of booking are subject to change based on traffic conditions, route changes, or additional stops requested by the customer.
5.2 Payment
Payment can be made via cash, cell, PayPal, or any other payment method accepted by us at the end of the ride.
6. User Responsibilities
6.1 Conduct
Users are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the ride. Any misconduct, harassment, or illegal activity will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
Smoking, eating, or drinking alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the vehicle unless explicitly allowed by the driver.
6.2 Property
Users are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
Users will be held liable for any damage caused to the vehicle or property during the ride due to negligence or misconduct.
7. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, safety, and customer service at all times.
Drivers must ensure the vehicle is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Drivers are responsible for adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, missed flights, or loss of income.
Our maximum liability to you for any reason shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service.
